ANAB Accreditation for ISO 20000 Information Technology Service Management Systems

ISO/IEC 20000 promotes adoption of an integrated process approach to effectively deliver managed services to meet business and customer requirements. To function effectively, an organization has to identify and manage numerous linked activities. Coordinated integration and implementation of service management processes provides ongoing control, greater efficiency and opportunities for continual improvement.

ISO 20000-1 is a base standard in ANAB's fee schedule.

Application

You can view the ISO/IEC 20000 application in .pdf format to understand specific requirements but the application process must be completed online via ANAB's EQM database; first-time EQM users must register to create an account.
