The NELAC Institute will offer a “Scared Straight – Ensuring Competency for Field Sampling and Measurement Organizations” workshop at 11:00 am EDT on June 13.
The three-hour webinar will demonstrate that FSMO accreditation under the TNI National Environmental Field Activities Program (NEFAP) and accreditation body activities are nothing to fear. The webinar will provide basic information to define the quality assurance necessary for field activities to demonstrate competency. It will also explore the benefits and mechanics of FSMO accreditation under NEFAP. It will include a case study of a recently accredited FSMO, as presented by the assessor and the FSMO. The webinar will conclude with a question and answer forum with representatives of the three NEFAP-recognized accreditation bodies and other presenters.
